High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from 3:00 AM on 21/09/2025.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Irwell, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Pioneer Mills, Close Park and Parkside Close.
Weather conditions are expected to improve tomorrow morning, 21/09/2025 at 6AM.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
