River levels have been falling but will be responsive to further rainfall. Flooding is possible. Areas most at risk are around the River Lark from Sicklesmere to Isleham. The forecast is for further rainfall today which could see river levels rise. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation. We will update this message by 6pm today, Thursday 22nd February 2024, or as the situation changes.
