This flood warning remains in force on the River Nidd due to recent heavy rainfall. Levels on the River Nidd have fallen since yesterday but remain higher than normal. Areas at risk are locations near the River Nidd, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around Riverside properties at Nidderdale Lodge and Alder Avenue, Knaresborough Caravan Parks and Goldsborough Mill Farm. Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Showers are forecast for Monday 21/02/2022 and Tuesday 22/02/2022. Visit the GOV.UK website for a 5 day flood forecast and up to date river levels. This message will be updated on Monday afternoon.
