Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels on the River Ray may cause flooding.
Flooding of property and roads remains possible, especially close to the River Ray. River levels contiunue to slolwy fall along the River Ray, however we expect levels to remain high over the next few days. Further rain is forecast this evening and overnight, which has the potential to be heavy at times. We expect river levels to continue slowly falling overnight, but levels will remain high over coming days and are sensitive to further rainfall.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Consider activating any flood protection products you may have. Go to River levels online for updates on current river levels. Stay away from flood water - it contains hidden dangers such as open man hole covers, sewage and chemicals.
