River levels are still rising on the River Rede due to heavy rainfall.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Rede, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around properties at Otterburn Mill and Brownchesters Farm with river levels peaking at midnight on 27/12/2023.
We will continue to monitor the forecast.
Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. Consider putting your flood plan into action. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
