Flooding possible. Be prepared.

No further rainfall is forecast overnight. River levels remain high but are not expected to increase further. Flooding remains possible on Saturday 15 November 2025 . Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near the River Rother and its tributaries from Renishaw to Rotherham. Meadowgate Regulator is now operating, and the washland is starting to fill. We are closely monitoring the situation and monitoring rainfall and river levels. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water . Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 07:00AM on 16 November 2025 or as the situation changes.
