Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high but are beginning to fall at the Worksop river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Flooding continues. Areas most at risk are Worksop including Shelley Street.
No further rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to remain high until 08:00 on 07/01/25.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are patrolling watercourses in the area.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
To check the status of road closures online, please visit the One Network live map.
This message will be updated by 22:00 this evening, 06/01/25, or as the situation changes.
