Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high but steady at the Bewdley river gauge as a result of recent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is remains possible. We expect flooding to affect Holt Fleet, Lenchford Meadow Caravan Park and low lying properties near B4196 and at Riverlands.
Peaks:- Bewdley 4.2m overnight Saturday, 19/10/2024.
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high over next few days.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and Local Authorities.
Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety.
