River levels are falling this morning as rainfall eases.

No property flooding is expected.

The forecast is for further rainfall today (23/05/2024)

River levels will continue to fall at the Haydon Bridge gauge.

We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this alert/warning if necessary.

Continue to take care on waterside roads and footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger.
