Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high but are beginning to fall as a result of persistent, heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible between this evening and tomorrow, 07/02/2021. Areas most at risk are properties along Brooklyn Road. Further rainfall is forecast this evening. We expect river levels to remain high until tomorrow. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses.
