Flooding expected. Take action now.
Property flooding is expected. River levels have risen on the River Stert as a result of heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of properties and roads is expected imminently 05/01/24, especially properties closest to the river Stert. Some further light rainfall showers are possible this afternoon before conditions turn drier this weekend. We expect river levels to remain high today. We are monitoring the situation. Activate any property flood protection products such as flood barriers. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated by tomorrow morning, 05/01/24, or as the situation changes.
