Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels have risen at the Hopwas Bridge river gauge as a result of rainfall and snowmelt. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible to begin between 07:00 and 22:00 today, 07/01/25. We expect flooding to affect properties around Manor Lane,Tollgate Lane and A513.
No further rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast.
Please activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers and move family, pets, possessions, valuables and cars to safety. Have a bag ready with vital items like medicines and insurance documents and call 999 if in immediate danger. This message will be updated by 15:00 on 07/01/25, or as the situation changes.
