Flooding is possible on 09 January 2026 but are likely to peak this morning. 
Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers. Flooding of property is not expected at this stage. 
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this message if the situation changes. 
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
