Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels have risen above Flood Warning threshold as a result of the overnight heavy rain.
Given that the heaviest rain has mainly passed through, river levels are expected to peak in the next few hours. However, heavy rainfall is anticipated again from 12:00PM tomorrow 17/12.
Areas most at risk include Waterrow Bridge to Silk Mills Bridge including Tracebridge, Greenham, Kittisford, Wellisford, Harpford, Tonedale and Lowmoor Industrial Estates, Tone Green, Longaller and other low lying properties and roads.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
