Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

The risk of flooding continues. Areas most at risk are Fisketon Road. Fiskerton Mill, including Rolleston Fields, Gorse, and Nurseries are also at risk. Light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at the Colwick Gauge has peaked and remain steady, but river levels in the Newark area are expected to rise over the next 24 hours. We are closely monitoring the situation. Activate any flood protection products you may have & move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated by 7:00AM on 10 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
