Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

The risk of flooding continues. Areas most at risk are Trent Lock, Trent Lane, Pasture Lane and Lock Lane. Trentlock, including the Golf Range, and the Rifle Range are also at risk. Light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at Shardlow Gauge have peaked and are falling steadily. Levels will remain high until Wednesday 11/02/2026. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Activate any flood protection products you may have & move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated by 03:00 PM on 11/02/2026 or as the situation changes.
