Flooding possible. Be prepared.

Flood alert

Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels remain high on the River Whitewater as a result of recent heavy rainfall and high groundwater levels. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 17/04/24, especially in the North Warnborough area.

Today and tomorrow (18/04/2024) are forecast to be mostly dry days. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days, and remain susceptible to further rainfall. We are monitoring the situation. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels and avoid contact with flood water.

This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 18/04/24, or as the situation changes.
