WARNING. Flooding is expected in Sanday. Act now.
A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected on Sanday. Any low-lying coastal roads and properties across the island exposed to the prevailing wind will be subject to significant wave spray impacts. Wave overtopping is expected to affect low lying parts of Kettletoft. Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide on Monday 21st at 00:30 BST and on Monday 21st at 12:30 BST.
