Flooding is expected from 2:30 PM on Saturday 19th July.
Areas most at risk include Edgware Community Hospital; The Greenway; Colindale Avenue; Ajax Avenue; Rushgrove Avenue; Colin Gardens; Colindale; Colindeep Lane (including Ross Court, Barnaby Court, Kings Court, Chestnuts); Hunters Grove; Colindeep Avenue; Hanover Court.
Further rainfall is forecast throughout the day.
We are monitoring rainfall, river levels and clearing screens and blockages.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one, and activate any property flood protection products you may have.
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
