Flooding is expected on 13 November 2025 .
Locations most affected will be properties in Burnfoot including the School, Church, Convent, Strand Terrace, Accrington Terrace, Eastley Terrace and Printfield.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .
