WARNING UPDATE. Flooding is expected in Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay. Act now.
Water levels on the River Spey are high due to heavy rain that has been affecting the catchment since Sunday. River levels are expected to remain very high throughout Wednesday and into Thursday morning.Low lying areas are at risk of flooding from the Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are also at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road. Flooding problems may be worse in these areas in the hours either side of the high tide, the next of which is around 01:15 on Thursday morning.
