A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the coast in Stonehaven. Flooding in and around low lying parts of Stonehaven Beachfront, Cowie (Boatie Row), and Cowie (Promenade) is possible.Wave overtopping is expected to affect low lying parts of Stonehaven Beachfront Cowie (Boatie Row), and Cowie (Promenade). Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide tomorrow, Friday 23rd at 04:00 BST and again at 16:00 BST
