WARNING UPDATE. Flooding is expected in Strath Carron. Act now.
Further rain showers are expected through the area during Saturday afternoon. River levels will continue to remain high. The roads north and south of the River Strathcarron from Carron Bridge at Gledfield to The Craigs are likely to be impassable; this could be from both the main river and tributaries overtopping culverts and minor bridges. Lower lying properties in Strathcarron may be at risk of flooding.
