WARNING UPDATE. Flooding is expected in The River Isla at Coupar Angus. Act now.
There is a risk of flooding to the A923 Coupar Angus to Blairgowrie Road. Flooding of low-lying agricultural land adjacent to the River Isla is expected. River levels are expected to remain high throughout Thursday night and into Friday morning.
