At 2:00 AM, the level at Meifod was 1.45 metres and rising. A peak level of between 2.3 and 2.7 metres is expected to occur at around 09:15 AM.
The level at Llanymynech was 2.3 metres and steady. A peak level of between 3.8 and 4.2 metres is expected to occur this afternoon.
The following roads could be affected by flooding; The Minor road at Meifod Bridge.The B4393 near Llansantffraid Bridge. The B4398 near the canal at New Bridge, Llanymynech.
Many low lying minor roads are affected in the area .
