Flood warning

River levels are rising steadily in response to recent rainfall and snow melt. Flooding is possible today and overnight, Sunday 05/01/25.

Areas most at risk are Frensham Drive, Bettina Grove, Doreen Close and Larch Grove in Water Eaton. Further rainfall is expected over the next 24 hours which will keep river levels high and could also lead to some surface water problems.

Flood water is dangerous. Be ready to take action to protect your property if flooding is expected. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger.

We are monitoring the situation. We will update this message by 9am tomorrow, 06/01/25.
