Flooding possible. Be prepared.
There is a risk of flooding as a result of the combination of the high tides and weather conditions for tonight's high tide (Saturday 7th December 2024). Storm Darragh is likely to bring large waves and beach material being thrown onto coastal roads, sea fronts and homes. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is expected. Be careful on beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths, roads, low lying land, close to the estuary. We will continue to monitor the situation.
