River levels are rising steadily in response to heavy rainfall.
Flooding is expected over the next few hours and into this morning, 24/09/2024.
Areas most at risk are Howard Road and Addington Walk in Eaton Socon, Wren Walk, Hardwick Road and St Marys Street in Eynesbury, St Neots Road, Mill Hill Road and Crosshall Road in Eaton Ford, and High Street, New Street, Huntingdon Street and Church Street in St Neots.
Further light rainfall is expected over the next 12 hours which will keep river levels high.
Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger.
We are monitoring the situation.
