Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

Higher than normal tides are expected to cause flooding later tonight.
The next high tide is at 12:42 AM on 19/10/2024 and flooding is possible 2 hours either side of this time.
Areas most at risk include Nestleton, Underbank Road, Aylesbury House and Silcock's Cottages.
The following high tide at 13:05 PM on 19/10/2024 is not expected to reach flood warning level.
Consecutive high tides over the next 3 days may lead to flooding. We are closely monitoring the situation and checking flood defences.
Stay away from beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous.
