Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels in the Great Eau, Long Eau and Woldgrift Drains are expected to continue to fall today Monday 17th June. We do not expect any further flooding to properties at this time. There may be standing water in low lying areas and fields for several days. Please avoid contact with flood water. Our staff are out in the area to check the flood defences, clear blockages, and assist the emergency services and council. More rainfall is forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday; we will be closely monitoring the situation and this message will be updated as the situation changes.
