Flooding possible. Be prepared.
A FLOOD ALERT UPDATE has been issued for Ayrshire and Arran.
A period of heavy and persistent rain on Wednesday is likely to cause isolated flooding impacts from rivers and surface water. Particularly at risk are urban areas and the transport network. Impacts may include flooding to low-lying land and roads, with difficult driving conditions and isolated property flooding.
Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. Advice and information is available on our website or by calling Floodline on 0345 988 1188.
