Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High river levels on Wednesday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 18 February 2026 from 20:00 as a lot of rain is forecast (25mm).
If heavy rain affects the Bartley Water, flooding could affect land, roads and gardens at Woodlands and Ashurst. Impacts are not expected at Totton, Rumbridge or Eling. Property flooding at Woodlands is possible. Rain is forecast to clear from Hampshire during Thursday morning 19/02/2026. From the rest of Thursday 19/02/2026 to Sunday 22/02/2026, smaller amounts of rain are forecast. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce in Ashurst Bridge from Thursday 19/02/2026.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Consider activating any flood protection products you may have . Flood water could be deep. Avoid flooded roads.
