The risk of flooding from the Bodmin Town Leat has now reduced, and river levels are falling below levels of concern.
The trash screen that was previously blocked has now been cleared. However, it remains susceptible to further blockages due to the amount of fallen debris.
Although the heaviest of the rain has passed there is a potential for further localised heavy showers this evening and overnight. We will be monitoring the situation.
