River levels are beginning to fall after the rainfall yesterday. Flooding remains possible over the course of today. Areas most at risk are Ramsey Road in Kings Ripton, Bridge Road, Causeway Road, Bull Lane and Illings Lane in Broughton, Manor Street, Pipkins Close and Bridge Street in Wistow, Brookfield Way and High Street in Bury and High Street, Crown Mews and Hollow Lane in Ramsey.
Further showers are possible over the next 24 hours which could see river levels remain high. Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation. We will update this message this afternoon, 21/10/23.
