This Flood Warning has now been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding of roads and low lying land is still possible.
River levels on the St James Stream peaked at 10:30 this morning, 27/09/2024 and are now falling.
Weather conditions are expected to improve this afternoon, 27/09/2024 into the weekend and no further property flooding is expected.
We will continue to monitor the situation and work with emergency services and local authorities.
Please take care on waterside roads and footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger.
