Flooding expected. Take action now.
Property flooding is expected. River levels are high but currently falling on the Chalgrove Brook following recent rainfall. Flooding of property and roads is expected to continue today, 05/01/23 especially in the Mill Lane area. This morning is forecast to be mainly dry, followed by further showers this evening and overnight which have the potential to be heavy at times. We expect river levels to continue falling today, but levels will remain sensitive to further rainfall. Activate any property flood protection products such as flood barriers. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated this evening, 05/01/2024, or as the situation changes.
