High spring tides are forecast to affect the foreshore from Ramsgate to Kingsdown tomorrow morning, Sunday 17/11/2024. Tides will be at their highest between 11:00 and 12:00, with high tide at 11:30. Flooding of roads and low lying land is possible, property flooding is not expected. Flooding may apply two to four hours either side of high tide. Stay away from beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous. This message will be updated tomorrow morning by 9:00, Sunday 17/11/2024, or as the situation changes. For those that use it, the astronomical water level at Dover, will be 3.27m AOD, but due to surge and westerly wind (speed force 5) we expect total water levels of 3.69m AOD.
