This morning’s tide at Cowes came in a little lower (0.1m) than we thought when we issued the message yesterday. Impacts were much more typical of a normal high spring tide. The very early Tuesday morning tide forecast at 00:09 on 11/02/2020 remains elevated, with large waves still expected. This may cause minor impact flooding to roads and car parks, especially on the exposed coast. Shortly, we will issue a Flood Alert to describe impacts for this tide. Further tides this week will not cause property flooding.
