River levels in the Cripsey Brook have been falling steadily throughout the day on Friday 5th January.
No further flooding to fields and roads is expected in the area, however there may be areas of standing water that will slowly drain away over the next few days.
Some showers are possible over the weekend but this is not expected to make river levels rise again.
We will continue to monitor the river level and observe weather forecasts and will issue any new flood message when needed.
