The river levels at Ecclesfield Brook peaked yesterday at a level similar to what was seen in 2007. Levels have continued to fall throughout today (8/11/19). There is no further significant rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours and river levels are returning to normal.
Please be aware that there may still be standing water and debris around so remain aware of your surroundings when in this area. If you have been affected by flooding call the Incident Hotline on 0800 80 70 60.
