Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels remain high at the Ely River gauge following recent heavy rainfall in the catchment. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible. Flooding is affecting River Great Ouse and the Cambridgeshire Lodes. No further rainfall is forecast so we do not expect the situation to escalate. We are closely monitoring the situation. We will update this message by 5pm today, Monday 08/01/2024.
