Flood alert

High river levels today may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible on 07 February 2026 overnight and into 08 February 2026.

Flooding of low lying land and roads is possible, especially in the Wokingham area. River levels have responded to rainfall yesterday, but have now stabilised and are falling. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high overnight and will remain sensitive to further rainfall.

We are closely monitoring the situation.

Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
