Flood warning

River levels are falling at the Girton river gauge. Consequently, the risk of flooding is reducing. We expect flooding to affect Woodlands Close, Dodford Lane, Fairway, Northfield and Oakington Road in Girton.
No further significant rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to continue falling.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
