Flooding possible. Be prepared.

Flood alert

High river levels on Sunday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 01 February 2026 from 20:00, as a lot of rain (27mm) fell on 01/02/2026.
Flooding could affect gardens or properties nearest to the river in Marsh Road. Rain is forecast to continue until 21:00 01/02/2026. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce in Gurnard by 02:00 02/02/2026.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and will ensure the river is kept free of reported blockages.
Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded . Including Marsh Road, Gurnard.
