Water levels in the Lavant Stream are now falling. Small amounts of rain (up to 10mm) are forecast over the next 8 hours. This may cause a minor increase in water levels, but we do not expect it to cause further flooding impacts. From Monday (06/01/2025) onwards, the weather is relatively dry, with only small amounts of rain forecast each day. The river will remain responsive to any further rainfall. We will continue to monitor the river and weather forecast information. We will issue further advice if additional rainfall causes a significant rise in water levels.
