Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High river levels on Sunday may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible on 22/02/2026, as further rain is forecast on Sunday (up to 18mm). At Crossland Drive, the river level is much higher than normal. If the debris screen here gets blocked, gardens of property located immediately either side of the river at Crossland Drive could be affected. We are not expecting impacts at Eastern Road or in Havant Town Centre. If the rainfall tomorrow (22/02/26) affects the Lavant Stream, river levels and flood risk could increase again. From Monday 23/02/26 to Wednesday 25/02/26, minimal rain is forecast each day (up to 1mm). While river levels are higher than normal, the flood risk will be elevated. We are closely monitoring the situation and checking the river for blockages. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have. Report blockages to our hotline 0800 80 70 60. This message will be updated by 18:00 on 23/02/2026.
