Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Iford Bridge river gauge as a result of the ground being saturated and reacting to the prolonged wet weather we have experienced. Consequently, flooding could occur this evening and overnight. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site. Peak levels are not expected to be as high as December 2013. The river level is likely to remain high until tomorrow morning, Tuesday 18/02/20. Further rainfall is forecast from Tuesday afternoon. Our incident response staff are in contact with community flood wardens.
Please can owners with property flood resilience equipment install it now.
We are closely monitoring the situation and this message will be updated as the situation changes.
