Flood warning

River levels remain very high and flooding is expected to continue today and tomorrow. Flooding is expected 29/01/2025 and 30/01/2026. Areas most at risk include Iford Bridge Home Park. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Lower Dorset Stour, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Iford Bridge Home Park. Further rainfall is forecast tonight. We are closely monitoring the situation and liaising with emergency services and local authorities. If you have been evacuated only return to your property once the emergency services have advised that it is safe to do so. Stay away from floodwater - it contains hidden dangers such as open manhole covers, sewage and chemicals. This message will be updated by 12:00 noon on 30/01/2025, or as the situation changes.
