Flood alert

High tides tomorrow morning may lead to flooding. 
Flooding is possible from 2:30am to 3:45am on 30/09/2026 
Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads at Fiddlers Ferry (between 2:30am-3:15am), Eastford Road (between 2:45am-3:30am), and Arpley Bridge (between 3:00am-3:45am). It is possible that river levels may affect Arpley Road under the railway bridge. 
We are closely monitoring the situation . 
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
