Flooding possible. Be prepared.
We anticipate the next high tomorrow morning 28 October 2026, to potentially meet the flood alert threshold. Flooding is possible from 00:45 AM on 28 October 2026.
Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads at Fiddlers Ferry, peaking at 0:45 AM, Eastford Road, peaking at 01:00 AM, and Arpley Bridge, peaking at 01:15 AM. It is possible that river levels may affect Arpley Road under the railway bridge.
We are expecting high tides to reduce back below threshold levels tomorrow morning at 13:00PM.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
This message will be updated by 10:00 AM on Tuesday 28 October or as the situation changes.
